Professional affiliations: Phil Gibbs is a former Chairman of RICS in Bolton and Founder member as well as past Chair of the North West Landlords’ Association. Those professional affiliations have provided him with extensive networking with both government and non-government organizations in the UK.
Voluntary work is important to Phil Gibbs who as a member of Rotary International sits on his local Rotary Club of Horwich International Committee and is also a trustee of two local charities that assist homeless people.
International travel is a passion of Phil Gibbs who has traveled extensively throughout the world including at least twenty visits to China where he has made a number of friends and obtained a good understanding of the culture.
Gary Hale B.Sc., M.Sc., PGC, MRICS .Gary works at Gibbs Investment as a Principal Consultant.With some 35 years in the commercial real estate sector initially as a town planning consultant, then developer, investor, and asset management advisor, Gary has a broad and detailed knowledge of the sector and a track record of both adding and protecting value for clients. He knows how to forge long term profitable relationships with stakeholders and can drive and motivate advisory teams to deliver outperformance on assets. Working in partnership with key stakeholders to lead and deliver successful urban regeneration projects in challenging circumstances has been a key feature of Gary’s work over recent years.
After gaining a B.Sc in Land Management at Reading University, further studies at South Bank University and the Cass Business School (formerly City University) led to Gary gaining an M.Sc. in Project Management/Property Development and a Post Graduate Certificate in Property Investment
Along with Rick Gibbs, Gary established ACR Commercial Property which rapidly grew to become one of the leading property and asset management specialists in the UK. ACR managed assets for a number of major investments clients and the business was sold to GVA Grimley (now Bilfinger GVA) in 2005.
Gary has a strong and varied contact base. He sits on the Alumni Board of the UK’s leading real estate alumni foundation, the Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF) , http://www.henley.ac.uk/rref/ and is also an active member of Pilotlight www.pilotlight.org.uk where he has undertaken a number of Non Executive Director type roles in support of various Not for Profit Organisations and charities
Bernard is a property consultant and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has over 40 years extensive experience in property management both in the public and private sectors.
He has a thorough understanding of working practices and regulations applicable to Local Authorities, and with the benefits of working in the private sector he is able to introduce another perspective into the Asset Management process and property negotiations particularly where Public Sector organisations are involved.
Bernard is highly motivated and has an open friendly approach ensuring that all services are carried out in the most efficient and effective way for his clients.
He is a former Chairman of Bolton Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Greater Manchester Estate Surveyors
Billy is our Trainee Property Manager at PR Gibbs and has been since November 2013, he first joined us as an apprentice and progressed into his current role. As a Trainee Property Manager he will endeavour to help you and will deal with your queries as efficiently as possible. Billy also deals with the local area viewings and has proven to give you a friendly and professional service. After the preliminary stages he will also assist by negotiating and liaising with both the client and the interested party to assure you of a high-quality deal.
Lyslee Li is originally from Sichuan in China. In 2012, she graduated from University of Manchester with a MSc in Finance and Business Economics.
She joined Gibbs Investment Head Office in the UK in 2014 as a personal assistant to Philip Gibbs, liaising with various Chinese clients and partners. As a Chinese national, Lyslee understands the concerns and needs of Chinese investors. With Lyslee’s bilingual skills and cultural understanding, Gibbs Investment can respond to all Chinese enquiries at a very short space of time.
